Encourage. Teach.Empower.
Men united to lead strong families and strong communities across Florida. We equip fathers with the tools, mentorship, and brotherhood they need to thrive.
Our Foundation
Three Pillars of Impact
Every program, resource, and community we build rests on three guiding principles.
Encourage
We meet fathers where they are - offering hope, community, and the confidence to step fully into their role. No judgment, only support.
Teach
Through practical workshops, evidence-based resources, and peer-led sessions, we help fathers master the skills that matter most.
Empower
We equip men with leadership tools and a lasting brotherhood so they can lead their families and uplift their communities with purpose.
The Crisis No One Talks About
Fathers Are Being Left Behind
Billions fund programs for mothers. Fathers get a fraction — while fatherlessness drives a national crisis affecting millions of children.
Children Without Fathers
1 in 4 children in America grow up without a father in the home — more than double since 1970.
Funding for Fathers
Of all federal family program funding, less than 4% is dedicated to helping fathers. The rest leaves dads behind.
Youth in Prison
85% of incarcerated youth come from fatherless homes. Fathers change the trajectory.
What We Offer
Our Programs
Transformational programs designed to build confidence, strengthen bonds, and create lasting impact.

Our Story
Building a Statewide Brotherhood
Real Fathers of America was born from a simple truth: when fathers are equipped and supported, entire communities are transformed. We began as a small group of dedicated fathers in South Florida and have grown into a statewide movement.
Today, we serve fathers from all walks of life - offering workshops, mentorship, and a supportive brotherhood that helps men become the leaders their families need.
Father Spotlight
“Before connecting with Real Fathers of America, I struggled to balance work demands with quality time for my son. The mentorship program gave me practical tools and a supportive brotherhood that transformed how I parent.”
